Content generated by our AI is provided "as-is." While you may use generated captions freely, we make no claims of ownership over the output and provide no guarantees regarding originality or copyright status.

Our Service uses third-party AI providers (Groq) to generate content. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or content generated by third-party services. Their use of your data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• Generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any bugs or errors will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability
